We charge our clients a fixed amount for a particular position. We then put the job position on various paid and non-paid job boards and send it to huge databases. We filter the CV's selectively and provide the client with the most relevant ones. They can hire as many candidates as they want and can keep the CV's for future use, our charges are only one-time fixed amount.
